All of our candles are hand-poured with personal touch and attention and therefore not as predictable as an automated process.  We will endeavor to communicate any issues or delays in the order or shipping process as a result.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Destinations:

  • Lunae Botanicals currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the destination address. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.
